why hasn’t my dog nursed her pup yet is it because she’s not done giving bith to the rest of them?

my dog has just given birth to one pup so far she’s got 7more to go it’s been about an hour now and she still hasn’t nursed the one yet? why? is it because she’s not finished? will she nurse all of them together? she also is carrying the puppy with it’s head in her mouth is this normal?
Contrary to popular belief, it is not normal.. When she feeds her puppies, it releases a chemical in her system telling her system to have contractions and push out more puppies.. Puppies need that first milk Colostrum, that comes out, in order to start their systems and give them an immune system.
Puppies should be eating, and should be getting a bath from mom so she can push that plug out of their butt so that they can start to poop etc.. She needs to make them pee..
No it isn’t normal that she carries them by the head, she is not comfortable where you have her set up and she wants to move them. She could very well kill the whole litter if you allow her to be moving them all over the place..
She is probably too young and hasn’t a clue what she needs to be doing.. If you don’t, then you should call your vet or your own breeder and get some help in getting this litter off properly.. Or you will lose them all.
